Jicama Salad, Cool and Refreshing!

Jicama Salad Recipe
1 large jicama, julienned
1/2 red bell pepper, finely sliced or diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, finely sliced or diced
1/2 green bell pepper, finely sliced or diced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 large cucumber, seed and chopped
2 cups green cabbage, sliced thin
1 cup red cabbage, sliced thin
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Dressing:
1/3 cup lime juice
pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 cup avocado oil
salt to taste
